- Our services are provided in partnership with independent pharmacist prescribers registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council, and we work with GPhC-regulated pharmacies to fill and dispense any prescriptions (https://www.pharmacyregulation.org).
- You must be over the age of 18, reside in the UK, and complete a medical questionnaire for service eligibility. Your responses will be used to assess your treatment suitability. Incorrect or incomplete information may pose health risks.
- You will need to verify your identity and UK residence.
- We may contact you if clarification is needed and reserve the right to cancel your submission if verification is unsuccessful.
Cancellations, refunds and returns
- Our clinical team will usually review your submission within 24 hours. If treatment is deemed unsuitable, we will notify you by email and refund any payments within 5 working days.
- Cancellations can only be considered before the prescriptions are sent to the pharmacy’s online portal.
- If health conditions change or side effects occur, please notify us promptly. Non-disclosure may affect ongoing treatment suitability.
- Faulty or damaged goods will be replaced once the original is returned.
- Once dispensed, medications cannot be refunded.
