Our Shipping Terms

We aim to review your prescription request within 24 working hours of you placing it (excluding weekends and bank holidays). We will then dispatch any APPROVED prescriptions as follows.

Your order will be packed discreetly using appropriate insulated materials, and shipped via Royal Mail Tracked24 Signed Delivery or DPD NB: Royal Mail aim to deliver within 24 hours, but this is NOT guaranteed – please see their terms and conditions.

Orders are shipped Monday to Thursday (excluding bank holidays – unless you have booked Saturday Delivery) in order to reach you within 48 hours. Orders placed after 11am on a Thursday will usually be actioned and dispatched (if approved) on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays) and delivered to you on Tuesday/Wednesday (depending on your location).

Below are your delivery options and prices:

  • UK mainland weekday delivery : £9.50 (usually a next day service once dispatched)
  • UK mainland Saturday delivery : £12.50 (cut off for booking is Friday at 10am – excludes Good Friday) and is subject to approval
  • Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man : £12.50 (Up to a two-day service once dispatched)

Tracking

Once your parcel has been scanned at the sorting office after collection, you will be provided with tracking information directly from the courier. You can then check the progress of your delivery, and ensure someone will be at the delivery address to receive your parcel.

If you follow the link for your tracking notifications, you will also have the option to change the delivery day or collection point.

Failed Delivery or Collection

If no one is available at your delivery address, the parcel cannot be left as a signature is required. Royal Mail will automatically try to readeliver your parcel on the next working day, however, you may opt for one of the other options available – please see here If, after a second failed delivery attempt, you do not re-arrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local post office within 14 days, your parcel will be returned to the pharmacy and DESTROYED. In this instance, you will not be eligible for a replacement or refund. We apologise for any distress this may cause.

Refused Delivery

If the parcel is *REFUSED* at the given delivery address, it will be *RETURNED TO SENDER* and DESTROYED. In this instance, you will not be eligible for a replacement or refund. We apologise for any distress this may cause.
